ID verification may be required at check-in.

Booking Deposit Required

25% of the total price of your stay.
The booking deposit must be paid in EURO (€) within 3 business days of our payment request. Otherwise, your reservation will not be guaranteed. We may provide you with more instructions when you are ready to book.

Air Conditioning

All of our accommodations have air conditioning.

Breakfast

We do not offer breakfast, but you will find great options nearby.

Smoking

All indoor spaces are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted only outside.

Quiet Hours

In Greece, Quiet Hours are legally enforced and must be respected. Please avoid disturbing neighbors during the following times:
Summer Season(01/04/2026 – 30/09/2026)

• 15:00 – 17:30
• 23:00 – 07:00

Winter Season(01/10/2026 – 31/03/2027)

22:00 – 07:30

15:30 – 17:30

Damages

If you find anything damaged on arrival, report it within 24 hours of check-in so you are not held responsible.

Please report any damages, big or small, to us immediately during your stay.

You will be responsible for repair costs for damages to walls, doors, windows, screens, furniture, appliances, or other accommodation property.

Toilets

Please do not throw toilet paper or any other hygiene products in the toilet, as the pipes can become blocked.

If your toilet needs to be unblocked, you will be responsible for the service costs.

Parties

We do not allow parties.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Prices, Taxes & Fees

We promise you will not be surprised by hidden fees at any point of the booking process or during your stay with us.

The price we offer you will include:

• Our guaranteed lowest nightly rate — you will not find a lower price anywhere else!
• 13% VAT
• 0.50% City Tax

If you find a good deal for our accommodation on another website, we will beat that deal with a better one if you book with us directly!

How To Pay The Remaining Balance

Before check-in:

Arrival / Check-In

Do you need to check in earlier or later? Let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will check for you.

You must present a National ID Card or Passport. We will return these documents to you immediately.

Keeping Your Belongings Safe

We recommend locking the door when leaving the accommodation.

Please note that we will not bear any responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

Departure / Check-out

06:00 – 11:00

Need to check out earlier or later? It may be possible depending on availability. Please ask us in advance so we can check and let you know.

If you have not arranged a late check-out time with us and fail to vacate the accommodation by 11:00 on your check-out date, we reserve the right to remove belongings left in the accommodation. We would only do this as a last resort.

Luggage Storage

We offer free luggage storage. ^*

^* Subject to availability of storage space. Please store your luggage at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility in case of losses or damages.

Cancellation

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we provide:
Full Refund: at least 30 days before your check-in date, minus the bank or transfer fee
No Refund: less than 30 days before your check-in date.
All refunds are in EURO (€).

• We do not charge any cancellation fees.
• Please send your cancellation request in writing to info@erodios-thassos.com
• You may be able to reschedule your booking instead.

Recheduling Your Booking

You can reschedule your booking dates for free, subject to availability.

No Show

If you do not arrive on the check-in date of your reservation and we do not hear from you, your reservation will be marked as “no show” and the accommodation will be made available to others. Your deposit will not be refunded.
